Other Exit Homes Sold and the Owner is now in LV Nevada On this Page you will learn about homes available in Phelan, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Jess Ranch, Lucrene, Victorville. But First, What gets a Home sold, sold, sold in this Changing Market. Here are a series of Questions. Some of them personal for you and some of them about the nature of the changing market. In this Changing markert you can count on professionalism and consistency to win the day. Getting Your Home sold in record time. Answer a few Questions: If you sold this home where would you go next? How soon do you have to be there? How would you rate your motivation to move on a scale of 1 to 10? If you listed with another agent but your home didn't sell: What do you think stopped your home from selling? How did you happen to pick the last agent you listed with? What did that agent do that you liked the best? What do you feel they should have done? What will you expect from the next agent you choose? Have you already chosen an agent to work with? When I see you who much do you want to list your home for? Will you position your Home for this changing market? Did you know that the number of agents is reduced? Did you know that marginal agents will leave the business? Did you know that older agents will leave the business? Did you know that the volume of active listings increase in a changing market? Did you know that the days on Market increase? Did you know that foreclosures and REO's increase? Did you know that buyers will demand value(they know what is going on in the market)? Did you know that Consumer's behavior is: more realistic? Personal relationships are more important? Seller's might have to bring money to the table to sell? Did you know that your agent must have more skill in: Pricing, Negotiation, Creative Financing, Investment understanding, Buget controls? Did you know when there is a shilft in market luxury homes are in abundance? That Less expensive homes become more desirable? New home sales weaken more than existing home sales? That some builders will leave the business? Did you know that the best agents survive BECAUSE: Less competition? Better Pricing Skills? Better work Habits? Offer More Service? Have an action Plan? Do better follow up? Have Better systems in Place? So your best agent knows that markets are cyclical(not that they are identical but they are predictable). So your best agent knows that new cycles make new rules. Your best agent knows that new rules need new strategies. KEY: It is actually an advantage to homeowners moving up to sell and buy in a down market.

He touched on so many key issues and growth for Apple Valley. However, in case you miss it he gave us a website www.applevalleyprojectfiles.com to look further into what is important and what is happening in Apple Valley.
Highlights Despite the slower housing market, over 8000 lots are in process right now.
Apple Valley is Focused on correcting a Leakage Problem. A Tax Leakage Problem because 70% of the tax revenue is going to other cities. Therefore Apple Valley is focused on retail.
Commercial Growth has increased 150% in the last 3 years.
Big Box Stores: Home Depot, Lowes are coming or are open.
Brand names like Panda express, Apple Bees, Mervyns, Pet Smart, Big 5 will open soon at the Jess Ranch Market Place. But more, Bed bath and Beyond, 24 hour fitness, Red Robin are coming.
Target is building and the current Walmart will morph into Super Walmart. All close to The Civic Center.
Apple Valley Road is now extended to Falchion. There are other bigger jobs that will require the cooperation of local and state governments....
It is an exciting time to be in Apple Valley. Will they encourage you to grow? The industrial area all around the airport is ready for growth... you can pull permits in as little as 120 days! Someone, The council, Rick is cutting the red tape and getting things going.
You might consider getting a Piece of the Apple. This is a place where professionals live. Doctors and Lawyers live in Apple Valley. A home here that costs $500,000 would easily cost $2 million or more in the L A Basin.

Your Real Estate nightmare: The power of the least interested person This idea is so new and so revolutionary you have probably never heard of it yet I bet you have experienced. If you have you have gone through one of those real estate experiences that you can barely touch and yet would like to strangle. The Simple and unparalleld power of the least interested person.
In relationships husband wife, boyfriend girlfriend: The person who is least interested in maintaining the relationship or the event is the one who exercises the most power over the relationship and over the event.
Imagine a couple From Victorville California. in the following: John,"would you like to see a movie at the Victorville Mall?, I would really like to go out." Mary, "Well, I don't know. Let's stay at home here in Apple Valley there isn't any movie I want to see." (do you sense the power the control?) John,"Well then let's go to the Red Lobster At Victorville Mall and then walk the mall." Mary" oh we did that just a month ago, let's just stay home."
Imagine the conversation going on and Mary the least interested one controlling and pulling the relationship and decisions around just by being less interested than John in any activity.
Has This ever Happened to you in Real Estate? Maybe you have met John and Mary as a couple and He wants to sell and she is...well there is no hurry..wait. ah.
We often think of power as action, getting things done, taking over, beware the power the force the fury of
THE LEAST INTERESTED PERSON.
If you are not a real estate professional that is you are a client a consumer. I hope you never run into the power of the least interested person in the form of a Realtor.
Credits to Tony Campolo and Wilard Walard of Walla Walla Washington from whom I have Adopted this Idea.
In a similar vein the person who loves the least exercises the most power. The least lover could be the most powerful... person.

coaching It was a day of small talk, pointed questions and keen observations. At the end of the day 7 actions points four more that we should have had. But they were necessary. All of it a consultation, or the newer word Coaching.
He was a former ups vice president who cut his teeth on trucks and timing schedules. Now he coaches part time for cypress college and part time he shows up with a schedule of questions and insights. We ate lunch at a local Japanese resturant. all in all a great day.
And now the real word of making a difference with our company. Some small things and some larger that will take more time.
